Rio - She´s a beauty!

It was a chamber of commerce day in Rio. The weather was glorious for extraordinary views from the summits of Corcovado and Sugar Loaf Mountains. Our terrific guide, Evelyn, gave us the royal all day tour complete with a Brazilan Barbeque for lunch including the famous Caipirenha drink - two of those and you need a siesta! We toured the three main beaches - Copacabana, Ipanema, and LaBlon as well as the central downtown area. As the pictures attest, Rio has got to be one of the world´s most beautiful cities! Tomorrow we are going to see if the girls from Ipanema live up to their billings! We off to Ipanema tonight for a great seafood dinner and check out the night life!
